Program decsription :
The Bachelor of Audiology, Speech and Language Pathology program aims to produce competent and compassionate service oriented audiologists and speech-language pathologists who are capable of
identifying, evaluating, treating and rehabilitating the sufferers of speech-language and hearing disorders.
The graduates of BASLP program will be able to identify the presenting speech-language and auditory complaints, evaluate the hearing status; assess the aural health and recognize aural signs of common
systemic diseases; evaluate for proper hearing aid, prescribe and fit appropriate hearing aids; refer patients for medical and ENT consultation when necessary; plan and implement community based rehabilitation services; support cochlear implantee in audiological issues and provide auditory verbal therapy to cochlear implantee children.
