Maharajgunj Medical Campus is a non-residential campus. Hostel facility is not compulsory for its students. For needy students, MMC provides accommodation facility through its 4 hostels located inside its premises.

1. Boys hostel : Only for male undergraduate students.
2. Girls hostel : Only for female undergraduate students.
3. International hostel : For international students of both graduate and postgraduate levels.
4. Postgraduate hostel : For all postgraduate students, Admission to hostel for new students is subject to availability of vacant rooms due to the overwhelming number of students in the college.
