Three-Day Refresher Course on “Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Case Development

A Three-Day Refresher Course on “Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Case Development” was successfully conducted at Maharajgunj Medical Campus from 2082 Falgun 10 to 2082 Falgun 12 (22–24 February 2026).

Organized by Maharajgunj Medical Campus (MMC), the program was designed as a refresher course to strengthen participants’ understanding of Problem Based Learning methodology and to enhance their skills in developing effective academic case scenarios. A total of 26 participants actively engaged in the sessions.

The course focused on revisiting core principles of PBL, structured case design, facilitation strategies, and practical approaches to improving student-centered learning in medical education. The program contributed to reinforcing academic excellence and promoting innovative teaching–learning practices at MMC.
